INVITATION TO BID NO. 23-09 

ELEVATED WATER TANK INSPECTIONS AND REPAIR SERVICES

The Charles County Commissioners are soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide Elevated Water Tank Inspections and Repair Services which include inspections of existing County owned elevated potable water tanks and associated repair services. Solicitation documents may be obtained on the County Bid Board located at www.CharlesCountyMD.gov. Click on “Business”, and then “Online Bid Board”. 

This solicitation is subject to the Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE) Program, in which registered Charles County SLBE firms responding to this solicitation may receive a preference in accordance with the provisions of the Program. Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. 

The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received when such waiver is in the best interest of Charles County. Charles County Government is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
